We will always be on time. If we are late, we will give you $1.00 for every minute of your precious time you have to spend waiting for up to 20 minutes. If we are more than 21 minutes late, your entire Landscape Analysis fee will be waived plus we’ll throw in a $10 Starbucks gift card as a peace offering.
We will leave your property looking better than it did when we got there.
We wouldn’t dare have the audacity to even remotely HINT for your final payment until your job is finished to your complete satisfaction.
You will know the exact day your project will be finished. You’ll know because we’ll tell you in advance. If we don’t finish your job on time according to your original proposal we will give you all your money back plus an extra $500 for every day we go overtime. Plus we will still finish your job. You will get to keep everything, get all your money back.
You will be greeted by a friendly, cooperative and respectful crew. You’ll find us to be pleasant and easy to deal with (whether by phone or in person) and eager to listen to you, answer any of your questions or concerns and carry out your requests. We want you to have exactly what you want and anything less is unacceptable.
You will receive a detailed Landscape Project Proposal with a written price that is absolutely, positively guaranteed not to increase. We will never throw in ‘surprise’ charges. In other words, the only way your price will change is if you ask us to do more or make big changes to the original proposal. We will not change your price based on market changes, our prices going up, or our mistakes.
You will receive a limited warranty on plants and trees and all projects we install in your landscape. Your Landscape Project Proposal will contain a detailed explanation of exactly what is included in your warranty.
